NEW DELHI: NLC India Limited has become the first Coal PSU to receive accreditation for Training Excellence from the National Standards for Civil Services Training Institutes under the Capacity Building Commission, Government of India.
The accreditation was awarded to NLCIL’s Learning and Development Centre after a comprehensive assessment covering training design, faculty development, digital delivery, trainee support, governance, and quality assurance. This recognition reflects NLCIL’s sustained focus on developing skilled human capital to support organisational growth and national development.
