Key Appointments
The bank has designated two new executives as Senior Management Personnel:
1. Manikantan Iyer – Chief of Internal Vigilance

Education: B.Com (Cost Accounting) and Post Graduate degree in Business Administration from SIES College of Management Studies, Mumbai

Role: Leads vigilance, investigations, preventive controls, and regulatory compliance with focus on ethical governance and organizational transparency

Experience: Joined IndusInd Bank in 2013; previously held senior positions at Birla Sun Life AMC and ICICI Bank
2. Shruti Kumar – Head of FRRG

Education: MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management (1995)

Role: Specializes in resolution of stressed assets, particularly in the corporate segment

Experience: Joined IndusInd Bank in June 2021; previously worked with Arcil (2003-2012) and ICICI Bank (2012-2021)
