New Delhi: In a significant corporate disclosure, NMDC Limited, India's largest iron ore producer, has announced a change in the composition of its Board of Directors following the superannuation of Smt. Priyadarshini Gaddam.
The company formally informed the stock exchanges—BSE, NSE, and the Calcutta Stock Exchange—through a regulatory filing dated February 1, 2026, in compliance with SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

Smt. Priyadarshini Gaddam (DIN: 10977645), who was appointed as Director (Personnel) on the Board of NMDC by the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, vide order dated February 28, 2025, has superannuated.
As per the filing, "on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.01.2026, Smt. Priyadarshini Gaddam has ceased to be Director (Personnel) on the Board of the company and has been relieved from the services of the company on 31.01.2026."

नई दिल्ली, 1 फरवरी 2026 – स्टील मंत्रालय के अधीन नवरत्न पीएसयू NMDC लिमिटेड के बोर्ड में एक अहम बदलाव हुआ है। कंपनी की डायरेक्टर (पर्सनल) श्रीमती प्रियदर्शिनी गड्डम 31 जनवरी 2026 को आयु-सीमा पूरी करने के बाद सेवानिवृत्त हो गईं और उसी दिन से उन्होंने कंपनी की सेवाओं से कार्यमुक्ति ले ली।
कंपनी द्वारा शेयर बाजारों को दी गई जानकारी के अनुसार, स्टील मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार ने उन्हें 28 फरवरी 2025 को NMDC के बोर्ड में डायरेक्टर (पर्सनल) के रूप में नियुक्त किया था। सेवानिवृत्ति के साथ ही वह अब NMDC के बोर्ड का हिस्सा नहीं रहीं।
NMDC लिमिटेड ने इस बदलाव की जानकारी SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 के तहत BSE, NSE और CSE को औपचारिक रूप से दे दी है।
प्रियदर्शिनी गड्डम के कार्यमुक्त होने के बाद, डायरेक्टर (पर्सनल) का अतिरिक्त प्रभार श्री जॉयदीप दासगुप्ता, डायरेक्टर (प्रोडक्शन) के पास रहेगा। वहीं, कंपनी के चेयरमैन एवं मैनेजिंग डायरेक्टर श्री अमिताभ मुखर्जी वर्तमान में डायरेक्टर (फाइनेंस) का अतिरिक्त प्रभार भी संभाल रहे हैं।
