Odisha: Numaligargh Refinery Limited is advancing its commitment to a Net Zero Carbon future by 2040 with plans to establish a 200 Kilo-Tonne Per Annum (KTPA) Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) plant in Odisha. The project is currently in the Detailed Project Report (DPR) phase.
