New Delhi: ONGC bids farewell to Shri Ranjan Prakash Thakur, IRTS (1990), who served as Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) with distinction and vision.
During his tenure, Shri Thakur led landmark systemic reforms that strengthened transparency, accountability, and operational efficiency across ONGC.
Under his leadership, the organisation introduced transformative initiatives such as MIND (Material Management Intelligence & Design) for market intelligence–based procurement, the Central Procurement Department (CPD) and Nodal Technical Agency (NTA) framework for streamlined tendering, and Shared Financial Services (SFS) with IBM India for timely, system-based vendor payments.
