New Delhi, February 1, 2026: Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) announced that Shri Ajay Dixit, Executive Director, has superannuated from the services of the company, effective February 1, 2026.

This change is part of the senior management updates of ONGC, one level below the Board of Directors, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Shri Dixit has contributed significantly to the organization’s growth and operational excellence during his tenure.
