New Delhi, January 31, 2026 Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC), a leading Government of India financial institution, has announced the retirement of its Executive Director, Shri Raj Kumar Malhotra, on attaining superannuation, effective from January 31, 2026 (Afternoon).
Shri Malhotra has played a significant role in the corporation’s strategic and operational growth during his tenure. His retirement marks a notable change in PFC’s senior management. The company has informed the stock exchanges in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, under Regulation 30.
PFC stated that no immediate appointments are being made to replace the position, and the role will be filled as per the corporation’s future requirements. There are no inter-director relationships affected due to this retirement.

नई दिल्ली, 31 जनवरी 2026 – पावर फाइनेंस कॉर्पोरेशन लिमिटेड (PFC), भारत सरकार का प्रमुख वित्तीय संस्थान, ने अपने कार्यकारी निदेशक श्री राज कुमार मल्होत्रा की सेवानिवृत्ति की घोषणा की है। यह सेवानिवृत्ति 31 जनवरी 2026 (दोपहर) से प्रभावी होगी।
श्री मल्होत्रा ने अपनी कार्यकाल के दौरान निगम की रणनीतिक और संचालनात्मक वृद्धि में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया। उनकी सेवानिवृत्ति PFC के वरिष्ठ प्रबंधन में एक महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव का प्रतीक है। इस सूचना को SEBI (लिस्टिंग ऑब्लिगेशन और डिस्क्लोज़र) रेगुलेशन्स, 2015 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार स्टॉक एक्सचेंजों को दी गई है।
