PVUNL Floats Major CCTV Installation Tender with 16-Week Execution Period

Patratu Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (PVUNL) has invited online bids for the Supply, Installation and Commissioning of a CCTV System at the Main Township, Patratu, under NIT No. 9900314535. The tender follows a Single Stage, Two-Envelope bidding system, comprising the Techno-Commercial Bid and Price Bid.

PVUNL has outlined a comprehensive scope including supply, transportation, testing, installation, commissioning, and associated civil works. The project is estimated to cost ₹1,46,10,780, backed by PVUNL’s internal resources. The contract period includes 16 weeks for installation and a 5-year warranty period after handover.

The bidding documents are available on the NTPC e-procurement portal, with all key dates—bid submission, technical bid opening, and sale of documents—listed on the portal. A bid security of ₹2,00,000 is mandatory, and no exemptions are allowed. Payment of EMD must be made through EFT to PVUNL’s SBI account or via Bank Guarantee.

The tender is open only to Class-I and Class-II Local Suppliers, as per Public Procurement (Make in India) norms. Bidders must also meet strict Technical and Financial Qualification Requirements, including past experience in CCTV/networking projects and minimum average annual turnover of ₹1.62 crore.

PVUNL has cautioned bidders to closely follow QR documentation requirements, UDIN compliance, and all conditions listed in Section II, III, and V of the bidding documents. Any corrigendum or schedule revision will be published exclusively on the e-tender portal.
