RCF Announces Senior Management Changes as Two Executive Directors Superannuate

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF) has informed stock exchanges about changes in its senior management in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The company announced that Shri Gopalan Seshadri, Executive Director handling Projects, Co-ordination, Corporate and IT, has superannuated with effect from February 1, 2026, marking the conclusion of his professional tenure with RCF.

In a separate development, Shri Vikram K. Jawale, Executive Director (Trombay Unit), has also superannuated from the services of the company with effect from the same date.

RCF stated that these changes are part of routine administrative transitions and have been duly communicated to the BSE and NSE in line with regulatory disclosure requirements. The company continues to maintain a strong focus on governance, transparency, and operational continuity.
