State owned Dredging Corporation of India Ltd has announced that Shri Arun Kumar Gupta has completed his tenure as Independent Director of the company.
According to the exchange filing, it is to inform you that Shri Arun Kumar Gupta the Director ceased to be the independent director of the company w.e.f 04/07/2025 on completion of tenure of his appointment of three years.
Consequently, he also ceased to be the Member of all the Board Committees effective from 04/07/2025.
He holds a degree in Marine Engineering and a Post graduate diploma in Shipping Management. He is ex Chairman and Managing Director of the Shipping Corporation of India Ltd.
