Extension of Additional Charge for CMD
In a regulatory filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), the company informed that the Ministry of Power, Government of India, has extended the additional charge of the post of Chairman & Managing Director (CMD).
