Two Public officers completed their tenure in PSU firms GRSE and DCIL

New Delhi: Shri Dilip Kumar Jagattar Singh, General Manager (DEP Ranchi Unit), serving at Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Ltd (GRSE) is superannuating on 28 Feb 2026, and accordingly, he will cease to hold office in the Company w.e.f. 01 Mar 2026.

Shri Singh Joined GRSE on April 30, 1991 and has an experience of nearly 29 years with the shipyard. He started his career in GRSE at the Technical & Development Department at DEP, Ranchi and was transferred to the Product & Service Department in August, 1993. At present, he is discharging the duties as a Unit In-charge of DEP, Ranchi.

Shri Lav Verma, a retired IAS officer ceased to be an Independent Director of the Dredging Corporation of India Limited with effect from 28/02/2026 upon completion of his tenure of three years. Consequently, he also ceased to be a member of all the Board Committees of the Company with effect from 28/02/2026.

Shri Verma is a retired Indian Administrative Officer (IAS) officer of the 1978-batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre with extensive administrative experience of more than 37 years spanning a wide range of assignments, including 3 years as Secretary to Government of India.
