Visakhapatnam-based Dredging Corporation of India Ltd which does dredging for Indian seaports exclusively will be in focus as the company will hold a Board Meeting on 13th August, 2025 to consider the financial results of the company for Q1FY26.
This is to inform that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday i.e. 13/08/2025, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the period / quarter ended 30.06.2025, the company stated in an exchange filing.

As per the Q4FY25 of March-end, the revenue of the company stood at Rs 462.41 crore, up by 66.4% and the Net Income is at Rs 21.4 crore with an increase of 191.17% YoY. The Net Profit Margin for the March-end is 4.63%, up by 154.79% YoY.
