NBCC Shares surges over 4% after Selling Residential Units Worth Rs 2,353 Crore
NBCC effectively sold 1,486 residential apartments at Aspire Centurian Park in Uttar Pradesh's Greater Noida (West) through an e-auction.

Following the announcement on Wednesday that NBCC (India) Ltd. had sold residential apartments valued Rs 2,353 crore in Uttar Pradesh via e-auction, the share price of the PSU Company surged over 4%.
Based on an exchange filing, the company has effectively sold 1,486 residential apartments at Aspire Centurian Park in Uttar Pradesh's Greater Noida (West) through an e-auction.
As per the filing, NBCC will collect a 1% of sale value marketing charge. Earlier on February 14, NBCC said it has gotten two sizable work orders worth Rs 851.69 crore.
On the NSE, NBCC shares jumped as high as 4.29% during the day to Rs 83.15 apiece. Trading 3.51% higher at Rs 82.53 apiece, it was outperforming a 0.33% increase in the benchmark Nifty 50 as of 1:46 p.m.
Over the past twelve months, it has climbed 11.84%. So far today, total traded volume was 10.23 times its 30-day average. Index of relative strength was 35.23.
