BEL Apprenticeship Recruitment 2026: ITI Walk-In Test, Stipend Up to ₹11,040
New Delhi: Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) Bengaluru Complex has announced a walk-in written test for one-year Apprenticeship Training (2026-27) for eligible ITI candidates. The selection will be based on performance in the written test.
The recruitment is being conducted at BEL’s Centre for Learning and Development, Jalahalli, Bengaluru, for multiple ITI trades including Electronic Mechanic, Fitter, Electrician, Turner, Welder and COPA.

Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the written test.
Who Can Apply?
Only candidates from the Southern region—Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana—are eligible.
Candidates must have passed ITI on or after January 1, 2022. Those pursuing the final semester or final year of ITI and awaiting results are not eligible.
The maximum age limit mentioned in the notice is 21 years as on September 1, 2025. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Candidates must also meet the physical fitness standards specified under Schedule II of the Apprenticeship Rules, 1992.
BEL Apprenticeship Stipend
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend as follows:

₹11,040: Fitter, DMM, Electrician (EL), Turner, EP and Electronic Mechanic (EM)

₹10,040: COPA/PASAA and Welder
BEL will also provide subsidised canteen, transport and accommodation facilities on a chargeable basis, along with free OPD medical treatment at BEL Hospital as per company norms.
Apprentices will additionally be covered under a Group Personal Accident Insurance policy with a sum insured of ₹5 lakh.

Eligible candidates can appear directly for the written test at the Jalahalli selection centre. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the selection process.
BEL will send individual communication to selected candidates.
