Bengaluru, June 17, 2026: Bharat Electronics Educational Institutions (BEEI), one of Bengaluru's premier educational organizations with a long-standing legacy of quality education, has announced recruitment for 34 teaching and librarian positions on a temporary basis for the academic year 2026-27.

The recruitment drive covers various institutions under BEEI, which operates eight educational institutions providing education from Pre-KG to degree courses. Eligible candidates can submit applications online between June 17 and July 7, 2026.

 

BEL Educational Institutions Recruitment 2026: Vacancy Details

BEEI has invited applications for multiple posts, including:

  • Post Graduate Teachers (PGT)

  • Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT)

  • Primary Teachers (PRT)

  • Graduate Teachers (GPT)

  • Lecturers

  • Special Educators

  • Librarians

A total of 34 vacancies are available across subjects such as:

  • Chemistry

  • Computer Science

  • English

  • Hindi

  • Mathematics

  • Science

  • Social Science

  • Statistics

  • Sanskrit

  • Commerce and Management

  • Information Technology

  • Special Education

  • Library Science

Candidates are allowed to apply for only one post, and applications for multiple posts will be rejected.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess the prescribed educational qualifications along with a minimum of three years of post-qualification teaching experience as on April 1, 2026.

The maximum age limit is 45 years, while spouses of deceased BEL employees are eligible for age relaxation up to 50 years.

Preference will be given to candidates holding higher qualifications such as:

  • NET

  • SLET

  • M.Phil.

  • Ph.D.

depending on the post requirements.

 

Selection Process

Selection will be conducted in two stages:

Written Test

  • 70% weightage

  • Duration: 90 minutes

  • 50 marks for subject knowledge

  • 10 marks for General Knowledge

  • 10 marks for Aptitude

Interview

  • 30% weightage

Candidates qualifying the written examination will be shortlisted for interviews in a 1:5 ratio.

 

Location of Posting

All selected candidates will be posted in Bengaluru across various institutions managed by BEL Educational Institutions.

 

Nature of Appointment

The appointments are purely temporary, and conversion to permanent employment is not automatic. Extension of tenure will depend on performance and institutional requirements.

Documents Required at Interview

Shortlisted candidates must produce:

  • SSLC/10th marks card

  • 12th marks card

  • UG and PG degree certificates

  • B.Ed certificates (where applicable)

  • Experience certificates

  • Caste or disability certificates (if applicable)

  • Identity proof

  • No Objection Certificate for PSU/Government employees

Failure to submit the required documents on the interview date will result in disqualification.
