NOIDA, March 06, 2026 – As the conversation around gender parity in the corporate sector evolves, a new initiative titled "Ujjwala: Leadership Unplugged" is set to take place on March 13, 2026, at the Jaipuria Institute of Management in Noida. 

The event is organised by Jaipuria Executive Education & Training (JEET), to mark a departure from traditional corporate conferences by focusing on "Celebrating She, Celebrating Us" through shared stories and experiential learning. 

A Gathering of High-Profile Leaders: The summit is expected to bring together some of India's most prominent women leaders to discuss resilience and authentic leadership. Notable speakers and guests of honor include Surgeon Vice Admiral Arti Sarin, who will serve as Chief Guest; Dr. Kiran Bedi, India's first woman IPS officer and former Lt. Governor of Puducherry; and Dr. Alka Mittal, former CMD of ONGC and current member of the Capacity Building Commission.

Redefining Professional Development: Moving away from standard training formats, the "unplugged" experience is designed as a thought leadership dais where women can reconnect with their professional purpose. The agenda features unique sessions such as "Rhythm & Release," a movement-based exploration of presence and confidence led by Kapila Rattan Bhowmik
