New Delhi, 20 March 2026: Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (RVNL) has issued vacancy notices for the position of General Manager (Civil) at multiple locations:

• Bhopal / Indore – One post

• Nagpur – One post

Key Details

• Service: IRSE / Civil Engineering

• Appointment: Deputation

• Tenure: Five years (subject to Government approval for exemption from immediate absorption)

• Age Limit: Below 58 years

• Pay Scale: Parent pay plus deputation allowance

• Eligibility:

  • Officers holding analogous posts in Level-14 (CDA) / IDA E-8 or

  • Level-13 (CDA) with 17 years’ Group ‘A’ service or

  • IDA E-7 (Rs. 100000–260000) for 4 years in relevant posts

• Experience Preference: Candidates with experience in planning, execution, and management of infrastructure projects, including metro, urban rail, MRTS, or PSU/construction projects.
