Bank of India Announces Completion of Term of Shareholder Director Vishwanath V. Shenoy

Mumbai, November 28, 2025: Bank of India has informed the stock exchanges that Shri Vishwanath V. Shenoy, Shareholder Director on the Bank’s Board, has completed his three-year term and left office on 28 November 2025.

The disclosure was made according to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The Bank notified both the BSE and the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) through its Company Secretary, Shri Rajesh V. Upadhya.

Shenoy’s completion of his term marks the end of his role as a non-executive director representing shareholders on the board of the public sector bank.
