Canara Bank Re-elects Ms. Abha Singh Yaduvanshi as Shareholder Director

Canara Bank has appointed Abha Singh Yaduvanshi and Gunjeet Singh Pannu as Shareholder Directors for a three-year term from July 27, 2025, to July 26, 2028.

Mumbai, July 27, 2025. Canara Bank has announced the re-election of Ms. Abha Singh Yaduvanshi as a Shareholder Director for a new term of three years, effective July 27, 2025. This decision, along with the re-election of Shri Gunjeet Singh Pannu, was shared with BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited today.

Ms. Yaduvanshi's re-appointment comes after her previous term, which started on July 27, 2022. She will remain on the board until July 26, 2028.

At 63, Ms. Yaduvanshi brings a lot of experience to her position. She holds a BA in Economics (Hons) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA). Before retiring, she worked as an Additional Secretary at the Lok Sabha Secretariat. Her career includes significant knowledge and experience in banking, finance, agriculture, and information technology.

Canara Bank confirmed that Ms. Abha Singh Yaduvanshi has been a Shareholder Director of the bank since July 27, 2022, and is not related to any of the Directors of the Bank. The re-election followed Regulation 30 along with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
