ICICI Bank Allots 1.59 Lakh Equity Shares

NEW DELHI:   ICICI Bank Limited has informed the stock exchanges that it has allotted 1,58,926 equity shares of face value ₹2 each on January 2, 2026 under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

The bank stated that the allotment was approved by two Executive Directors at 10:20 a.m., which was the time of the final approval, in accordance with the powers delegated by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on October 21, 2023.

Following the allotment, the newly issued equity shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the bank.

The disclosure was made to both BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
