Karur Vysya Bank Appoints Ramasamy G V as Chief Financial Officer

Mumbai: Karur Vysya Bank has announced a key change in its senior management team.

Shri Ramasamy G V has taken charge as the new Chief Financial Officer of the Bank with effect from 1 September 2026. He has been elevated to the rank of General Manager and will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel.

Before this elevation, he was working as Senior Deputy General Manager.

Meanwhile, the previous CFO, Shri Ramshankar R, has been promoted as Chief General Manager and is currently transitioning into the role of Chief Operating Officer.

This development follows the Bank’s earlier intimation made on 23 June 2026 regarding changes in Senior Management Personnel.

The disclosure has been filed with the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
