This campaign, running until December 24, 2024, aims to promote awareness about the benefits of maintaining active accounts. PNB encourages customers to reactivate their dormant savings and current accounts, emphasizing the importance of regular transactions. This initiative supports the bank’s broader goals of enhancing customer engagement, advancing financial inclusion, and strengthening its Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) deposit base.
To simplify the reactivation process, the bank has introduced multiple measures, including outreach efforts through various communication channels. Customers can now reactivate accounts at non-home branches using biometric authentication. For additional information, customers can visit the nearest PNB branch or access the official website at www.pnbindia.in.
