Punjab National Bank (PNB) Announces Changes in Senior Management

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has announced several key changes in its Senior Management effective December 1, 2025, in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations. The bank has appointed Shri Pratap Keshari Mallick as the Group Chief Risk Officer (GCRO), succeeding his role as General Manager of the Integrated Risk Management Division.

Shri Mallick brings over 19 years of banking experience and holds qualifications including an MBA (Finance), MA (Economics), LLB, and CAIIB. In addition to this key appointment, the bank announced two elevations: Shri Surindar Pal Singh (with 23 years of banking experience) has been promoted from General Manager to Chief General Manager of the BA & RM Division, and Shri Vinish Kumar Chawla (with over 31 years of experience) has been elevated to General Manager, Zonal Office Ahmedabad, from his previous role as Zonal Manager. Finally, the bank also reported the superannuation of Shri Sanjay Varshneya, Chief General Manager, Financial Inclusion Division.
