Centre Approves Additional Charge in Parliamentary Affairs; Key Director-Level Appointments Cleared

New Delhi: The Competent Authority has approved assignment of additional charge of the post of Secretary, Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs to Shri Niraj Verma, IAS (AM:1994), Secretary, Department of Justice, Ministry of Law & Justice from 03.01.2026 to 29.01.2026 during the period of absence on leave of Shri Nikunja Bihari Dhal, IAS (OR:1993).
 

Also, the government has approved the proposal of the Department of Defence Production for appointment of Shri Kishore Gurdasani, Executive Director, Advanced Weapons and Equipment India Limited (AWEIL) to the post of Director (Operations), AWEIL.

Further, the Competent Authority has also approved the appointment of Shri V. Ramanadha Reddy, IRS (C&IT:2010) to the post of Director (Pay level 13 of Pay Matrix), National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR), New Delhi under M/o Women & Child Development for a period of five(5) years from the date of taking over charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

He would be relieved of his duties immediately with instructions to take up his new assignment.
