Pratyusha Sinha, Ex-CVC to chair SEBI-Led conflict of interest panel

The Security and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) established a six-member committee to review the provisions pertaining to conflict of interest, disclosures regarding property, investments, and liabilities, as well as other related matters pertaining to Board members and officials.
The committee will be led by former Chief Vigilance Commissioner (CVC) Pratyush Sinha (Retd IAS: 1969: BH). Uday Kotak, non-executive director of Kotak Mahindra Bank, and Injeti Srinivas (Retd IAS: 1983: OD), former secretary of the Corporate Affairs Ministry, are among the other members.
