NALCO Foundation Launches Skill Coaching Initiative in Koraput Under CSR Program

In a meaningful step toward inclusive growth and community empowerment, the NALCO Foundation has inaugurated coaching classes for family members of land-affected persons at the M&R Complex in Koraput, Odisha.

The initiative has been launched in collaboration with Government ITI Ambaguda, strengthening institutional support for skill development in the region.

The structured coaching program will combine comprehensive theory sessions with practice examinations conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode, aimed at enhancing competitive readiness for various recruitment and skill-based examinations.

This CSR-driven initiative underscores NALCO Foundation’s commitment to expanding educational and employment opportunities for communities impacted by industrial development. By equipping participants with practical knowledge and examination preparedness, the program is set to create sustainable pathways for economic empowerment in Koraput and surrounding areas.
