Brahmaputra Infra declared No Dividend this year

New Delhi: Brahmaputra Infrastructure Limited in its Board meeting today discussed that the company will not declare dividends in the current financial year as the company's first priority is repaying loans to lenders, as mentioned in its regulatory filing.
The Board approved the date for the Annual General Meeting for the financial year 2023-24 to be held on December 31, 2024.
