NCRTC Announces Recruitment for Deputy General Manager (Human Resource)

New Delhi: The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has issued Vacancy Notice No. 63/2025, inviting applications for the post of Deputy General Manager (Human Resource) on Deputation and Immediate Absorption basis. The recruitment is part of NCRTC’s expanding workforce for the landmark Namo Bharat Project, one of India’s largest regional rail infrastructure initiatives.

NCRTC, a joint venture of the Government of India and the participating state governments of Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh, is currently implementing high-speed regional rail corridors across the National Capital Region.

 

Position Details

• Post: Deputy General Manager (Human Resource)

• Post Code: 01

• Pay Scale: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 (IDA, E4)

• Vacancies: 01

• Maximum Age: 45 years (as on 24 December 2025)

• Mode of Appointment: Deputation / Immediate Absorption

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must possess a full-time MBA (HR) / PG Degree / PG Diploma in Management (HR) from a recognized institution.

Experience Requirements:

• Deputation:

  • Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience in Group ‘A’ services, or

  • Minimum 8 years of experience at Executive Level (E2/L9 or above) in Government/CPSEs.

• Immediate Absorption:

  • Minimum 8 years of executive-level experience in Government/CPSEs.

Candidates must demonstrate strong functional knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, disciplinary procedures, manpower planning, performance management, succession planning, and industrial relations.

Selection Process
