NEW DELHI. Agreement signed between Assam and NHPC for implementation of 2000 MW Subansiri Lower Hydroelectric Project at Guwahati, Assam. Niraj Verma, Principal Secretary (Power) signed the MOA on behalf of Government of Assam and Balraj Joshi, CMD, NHPC signed the MOA on behalf of NHPC.
