New Delhi, 4 September 2025: The Ministry of Jal Shakti under the Central Government has taken an unprecedented move, as the Chief Managing Director of WAPCOS has been removed immediately as per the latest order issued.
With this, the additional charge of CMD of WAPCOS has been entrusted to Mr. Pankaj Kapoor, who is currently serving as Director (Finance).
The working staff and employees have shown their gratitude towards the decision and welcomed the move. This step has been expected to be taken for the more emphasize towards the duties and company’s performance related to future uncertainties.
