Amit Mishra takes charge as Part-Time CVO at Container Corporation of India Ltd
Shri Amit Misra, IRSSE, ED/V (S&T)/Railway Board, has joined as part-time Chief Vigilance Officer at CONCOR w.e.f. 20.08.2025 on an additional charge basis for an initial period of 3 years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till further orders, whichever is earlier.

New Delhi, 21 August 2025: Shri Amit Misra, IRSSE, ED/V (S&T)/Railway Board, has joined as part-time Chief Vigilance Officer at CONCOR w.e.f. 20.08.2025 on an additional charge basis for an initial period of 3 years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
He belongs to the 2001 batch of the Indian Railways Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) and holds a B.E. in Electronics from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Prayagraj.
He has extensive experience in the operation and maintenance of advanced signaling and telecommunication systems, as well as in project planning, execution, and contract management in Indian Railways.

He has also held key administrative roles as Deputy General Manager and Secretary to the General Manager, and as Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM), where he contributed to policy formulation, strategic planning, performance reviews, and cross-departmental coordination.
Shri Misra has served in the Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO), Lucknow, where he gained expertise in core technical areas, vendor development, and innovations in railway signaling. He is presently Executive Director, Vigilance (S&T), Railway Board.
