Shri Harishkumar Madhusudan Joshi has been appointed by the Board of Directors as an Additional Director with effect from 31st March, 2025. The Administrative Ministry has nominated Shri Harishkumar Madhusudan Joshi (DIN: 01201050) for a period of one year with effect from 28th March, 2025, or until further order, whichever is earlier.

Shri Harishkumar Madhusudan Joshi has a rich and varied exposure of more than 33 years of managing businesses as an Entrepreneur/Director/ Advisor/Consultant for various Corporates. His range of expertise includes Strategic Planning, Risk Management, CSR, Compliance and Leadership. He has headed the Audit Committee of Engineers India Limited (EIL) as a Chairman for three years (December, 2021 – November, 2024).

Dr. Vandana Minda Heda is a B.E(Elect), MBA in finance and marketing (Gold Medalist) and after that she has completed her PhD. Dr. Vandana Minda Heda had been an Independent Director on the Board of Balmer Lawrie & Co. Ltd. during the period from 26th November, 2021 to 7th November, 2024.
