Cochin Shipyard announces Changes in Board of Directors

Cochin Shipyard Ltd has announced that Shri Madhu Sankunny Nair, Chairman and Managing Director shall hold the additional charge of the posts of Director (Technical) and Director (Operations).
This came after the superannuation of two directors from the board. Shri Bejoy Bhasker has been retired from the post of Director (Technical) and Shri Sreejith K Narayanan will retired as Director (Operations) with effect from 31 May, 2025.

Shri Biju Prabhakar, Retired IAS will be superannuated from Part-time official (Nominee) Director wef 31 May, 2025. He is retired from the services of the Government on superannuation on April 30, 2025.
Consequently, the process of obtaining the requisite approval in respect of the new nominee is underway, the company stated in the exchange filing.
