State-run GAIL (India) Ltd has announced the appointment of the following four Non- non-official independent Directors as follow-
- Shri Akhilesh Jain
- Shri Sanjay Kashyap
- Smt. Kangabam Inaocha Devi
- Shri Yajuvendra Anil Mahajan

Shri Akhilesh Jain is a Post graduate in commerce, LL.B. and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Shri Sanjay Kashyap is a post Graduate in Management, Sociology, Environment and Training & Development from various universities and renowned Institutes.
Smt. Kangabam Inaocha Devi is a renowned social worker in Manipur. She has done Master in Social Work. She has spent around 15 years of her life for society.
