IRCTC Appoints Navin Kumar Parsuramka as Government Nominee Director

New Delhi, February 27, 2026: Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (NSE: IRCTC | BSE: 542830) has appointed Shri Navin Kumar Parsuramka (DIN: 11576415) as an Additional Director (Part-time Government Director) on its Board, effective February 27, 2026.

The appointment has been made in accordance with the Ministry of Railways (Railway Board) Order dated February 25, 2026. He will serve on the Board until he holds the post of Principal Executive Director (Coaching), Railway Board, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

About Navin Kumar Parsuramka

Mr. Parsuramka is a 1992-batch officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) and currently serves as Principal Executive Director (Coaching), Ministry of Railways. With over 30 years of experience in Indian Railways, he has held several key leadership roles.

His previous positions include:

Executive Director (Rates)
Divisional Railway Manager (Ajmer)
Additional Divisional Railway Manager (Operations), Delhi Division

As Principal Executive Director (Coaching), he led the national operational plan for Mahakumbh 2025, overseeing more than 17,000 passenger trains that transported over 4.5 crore passengers, with a focus on punctuality, safety, and passenger comfort.

During his tenure as Divisional Railway Manager, Ajmer, he supervised approximately 10,000 employees and delivered major infrastructure works including doubling, gauge conversion, electrification, and extensive track renewals. He is widely recognized for operational excellence, policy reforms, and infrastructure execution within Indian Railways.

Mr. Parsuramka has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by SEBI or any other authority.
He is not related to any Director or Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company.
He does not hold any equity shares in IRCTC.
