CONCOR Director (Domestic Division) Mohammad Azhar Shams Retires on Superannuation

New Delhi, February 27, 2026: Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR), a Navratna CPSE under the Government of India, announced that Shri Mohammad Azhar Shams (DIN: 07627473) will retire on superannuation from the post of Director (Domestic Division), effective after the closing hours of February 28, 2026.
The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Shri Shams has been a key part of CONCOR’s leadership, contributing significantly to the company’s growth in domestic logistics and multi-modal transport solutions.
CONCOR highlighted that Shri Shams’ tenure strengthened the company’s operational efficiency and supported India’s logistics infrastructure development, particularly in rail, road, and container transport services.
