Joseph Bastian joined NTPC on October 7, 1991, and has accumulated 34.6 years of service with the Maharatna PSU. Throughout his career, he has held key responsibilities in several operational areas, including:

• Business Unit Head

• Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

• Ash Dyke Maintenance

• Control and Instrumentation (C&I) Maintenance

According to the company filing, Joseph Bastian holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Instrumentation.
