PESB Selects Rajesh Pratap Singh Sisodia as Director (Planning & Projects) of NLC India Ltd

New Delhi, July 22, 2025: The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) has recommended Shri Rajesh Pratap Singh Sisodia for the position of Director (Planning & Projects) at NLC India Limited, a Schedule ‘A’ Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Coal.
The selection was finalized during the PESB Meeting held on July 22, 2025. The board interviewed several senior professionals from leading public sector companies for this important role.
Shri Sisodia is currently the Executive Director (New and Renewable Business Group) at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL). His extensive experience in project management, renewable energy projects, and strategic planning made him the top choice for the role.

The PESB panel evaluated 12 skilled candidates, including senior executives from:
- NLC India Limited
- Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL)
- Engineers India Limited (EIL)
- Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC)
- NTPC Limited
- NHPC Limited
Notable candidates included Shri Jagadish Chandra Mazumdar, Shri Jasper Rose I.S., Shri Santhosh C S, Shri B. Anbuchelvan, and others. After a careful review of qualifications and project leadership experience, Shri Sisodia was chosen as the recommended candidate.
