Jindal Stainless Partners with XLRI to Launch HR Competency Development Programme
New Delhi, 10 March 2026 – Jindal Stainless, India’s leading stainless steel manufacturer, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Xavier School of Management (XLRI) to roll out a structured HR Competency Development Programme aimed at strengthening strategic HR leadership across the organisation.
The nine-month programme is designed for 25 HR professionals from Jindal Stainless’ corporate office and plant locations, combining virtual and in-person learning sessions. The curriculum covers eight core competencies: business acumen, stakeholder management, culture building, strategic thinking, data analytics, design thinking, problem-solving and critical thinking, and change management. The programme includes 19 interactive three-hour sessions and five in-person lessons, along with internal implementation projects to ensure practical application of learning.
