RVNL Appoints Manoj Kumar Pandey as Executive Director (Electrical)
New Delhi: In a senior management development, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has appointed Manoj Kumar Pandey as Executive Director (Electrical) with effect from March 2, 2026.
The company disclosed the appointment under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Following his appointment, he will form part of the Senior Management Personnel of the company.

Professional Background
Shri Manoj Kumar Pandey is an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE), 1999 batch. He served for six years at Chittaranjan Locomotive Works, gaining extensive experience in locomotive manufacturing.
He also has 12 years of experience in railway construction and electrification projects. He joined RVNL on February 28, 2020, and has been actively involved in bidding and execution of domestic and international infrastructure projects.
The company clarified that there are no inter-se relationships between directors in relation to this appointment.
