Shri Mukesh Kumar appointed as Chief Vigilance Officer of RVNL
Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri Mukesh Kumar, ITS (1995), as CVO in Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (RVNL), Delhi.
New Delhi, 15 September 2025: Mukesh Kumar, an ITS officer, has been appointed as Chief Vigilance Officer of RVNL, Delhi.
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the appointment of Shri Mukesh Kumar, ITS (1995), as CVO in Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (RVNL), Delhi, under the Ministry of Railways with pay at level 14 (Rs. 144,200 - 218,200/-) of the pay matrix, for an initial period of 3 years from the date of assumption of charge of the post or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Kumar is an India Telecom Service officer of the 1995 batch.
