NTPC 45th Raising Day celebrations at Noida
Noida: NTPC must adapt itself as a “Power Soldier” to the changing times keeping priority in the areas of safety, sustainability and maintain its position as a leader in the sector said Shri Gurdeep Singh, CMD, addressing the employees after unfurling the NTPC Flag, on this 45th Raising Day celebrations from its Engineering Office Complex, Noida,
Shri Singh highlighted achievements of NTPC in various domains such as Engineering, Coal Mining, HR, Finance, Commercial, Operations, IT, Renewables, Business Development, Project Monitoring etc.
CMD emphasised the importance of Occupational Health and Safety First for all employees and stakeholders and stressed on the integration of more renewable projects in NTPC’s portfolio.
CMD also praised the employees who had excelled in activities beyond the area of work.
He reiterated employees to focus on NTPC Core Values (I COMIT) while undertaking various activities.
NTPC’s Safety Mascot “Kawach” representing Company’s firm belief in Work place Safety was also inaugurated on the occasion.
Shri Saptarshi Roy, Director (HR), Shri A.K. Gupta, Director (Commercial). Shri S.K.Roy, Director (Projects), Shri Prakash Tiwari, Director (Operations), Shri A. K Gautam, Director (Finance), Shri Rajit Punhani, CVO, senior officials, employees across business units joined the celebrations.
