Avantel Ltd Receives Order from Bharat Electronics Limited
The company's market capitalization stood at Rs 4246.27 crore. Avantel Ltd also informed about its upcoming meeting of the Board of Directors on October 5, 2024, to consider and approve unaudited financial results.
Aerospace and defense sector Avantel Ltd shares fell by 0.88% despite receiving a new order worth Rs 3.45 crore from Bharat Electronics Limited.
As per the exchange filing of Avantel Ltd dated September 26, 2024, "In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that, the Company has received a Purchase Order worth of Rs.3.45 Crores vide mail dated September 25, 2024, from M/s. Bharat Electronics Limited." As per the BSE filing, the order must be executed by July 2025 for supply of Satcom Equipment.
