New Delhi: Shri A.K. Singh, CMD, NHPC greeted Shri R.K. Singh, Hon'ble Union Minister of Power, and conveyed his best wishes for the New Year. CMD, NHPC apprised the Hon'ble Minister about the Promoters agreement signed with Green Energy Development Corporation of Odisha Ltd. (GEDCOL) for the formation of JV for the development of Floating Solar Projects in Odisha.
The GEDCOL and NHPCageement was signed by Shri A.K. Singh, CMD, NHPC and Shri Bishnupada Sethi, Chairman-cum-MD, in the presence of Shri Dibya Shankar Mishra, Hon'ble Minister of Energy, Govt. of Odisha, Shri Biswajit Basu, Director (Projects), NHPC and senior officers of NHPC, OHPC and GEDCOL.
He also briefed the Hon'ble Minister about the progress achieved by NHPC in its efforts for business expansion in Nepal.
