DVC organizes HR Meet 2023
A panel discussion on the theme " Importance of empathy in workplace relationships" was hosted wherein eminent dignitaries from academia, as well as industry, participated.
New Delhi: A HR Meet 2023 was organized at DVC Headquarters on 19.08.2023. This meet was arranged to encourage discussions and interactions among the HR fraternity of DVC and to create a conducive environment for sharing insights, and best practices and fostering meaningful connections within the HR community.

Some of the eminent dignitaries who graced the discussion panel were Shri Pranav Sinha: ex CGM (HR)- NTPC, Shri Vinay Ranjan: Director (Personnel), Coal India Limited, Dr. Rita Basu, HoD, Deptt. of Applied Psychology, University of Calcutta, Professor Abhishek Goel, Associate Professor, IIM Calcutta, Dr. Kallol Dutt, Former Additional Labour Commissioner, Govt. of WB.

L. Bhalotia, Member Technical: Shri M. Raghu Ram and the Hon'ble Chairman of DVC: Shri R. N. Singh.
A HR handbook was released on the occasion.

The programme also witnessed the distribution of the prestigious HR Excellence Award with Mejia TPS, DVC being declared as the winner and Raghunathpur TPS, DVC the runner-up.
The valedictory note was delivered by the ED (HR), DVC: Shri Rakesh Ranjan.
