NCL organised Interactive Session with 500 New Members of NCL Family

Singrauli: Northern Coalfields Limited organised 3 interactive sessions with newly appointed HEMM operators, supervisors and surveyors. The interactive session for newly appointed employees of Amlohri, Jayant and Nigahi area was organized in Composite Building situated in residential area of Nigahi whereas for the new employees of Krishnashila, Khadia and Dudhichua area, the session was organized in Khadia Officer’s Club. Similarly, for employees joining in Bina and Kakri, the session venue was Officer’s club of Bina Area.
 
The sessions were chaired by Director (Technical/Operarations) Shri Gunadhar Pandey and Director (Technical/Project & Planning) Shri P.M. Prasad. On this occasion, GM Khadia, Shri M.K. Prasad, GM Nigahi, Shri S.K. Gomasta, GM Jayant, Shri Sanjay Mishra, GM Dudhichua, Shri Bipin Kumar, GM Krishnashila, Shri A.N. Pandey, GM Kakri, Shri L.P. Godse, GM Bina, Shri Rajendra Rai and GM Amlohri, Shri J.P. Dwivedi were present in different sessions
 
Speaking on the occasion, D (T/O) Shri Gunadhar Pandey stressed upon the importance of professional and self discipline, work ethics and need of following safe working practices. The Director (T/P&P) Shri P.M. Prasad emphasised on the importance of maintaining medical fitness throughout the job and need for understanding HEMM machine safety features.
 
The interactive programme saw young appointees raising various questions which were duly answered during the session. The General Managers of respective areas also enriched new appointees with their experiences and motivated them be prepared for contributing in the growth of the company.

 

Notably, around 500 new employees have joined in Amlohri, Bina, Dudhichua, Jayant, Kakri, Khadia, Krishnashila and Nigahi coal areas of NCL.The interactive sessions were organized to sensitize new employees towards vital concepts of safety, operational issues and give them wishes for their bright future in the company. The Safety & Rescue Department NCL Headquarters alongwith  Safety and Personnel Department of respective areas played an instrumental role in the organisation of the sessions.
