CSL’s 7th Batch Completes Prestigious AOTS Japan Training Program, 20 Employees Return
Mumbai: Twenty employees of Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) have successfully returned from Japan after completing the highly acclaimed AOTS Japan Training Program, marking the completion of the company’s 7th batch under the initiative.
The team underwent an enriching global learning experience organized by The Association for Overseas Technical Cooperation and Sustainable Partnerships (AOTS), Japan. The program is widely recognized for its structured approach toward enhancing professional competencies and fostering international collaboration.
During their stay in Japan, the participants gained in-depth exposure to the country’s industrial ecosystem, advanced workplace systems, operational excellence practices, and structured management processes. The training offered valuable insights into productivity enhancement, quality control systems, lean manufacturing techniques, and global best practices.
