Sanjeev Singhal gets extension as CMD of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders
This decision was made following a letter from the Ministry of Defence (MoD), Government of India, dated August 22. This action follows the MoD’s earlier letters, with the most recent one dated July 31, 2024.
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders has announced that Sanjeev Singhal, the current director (finance), will continue to serve as the chairman & managing director (CMD) for an additional five months.
This decision was made following a letter from the Ministry of Defence (MoD), Government of India, dated August 22. This action follows the MoD’s earlier letters, with the most recent one dated July 31, 2024.
This decision marks another extension of Singhal’s tenure as CMD, a role he has held since February 2023. Earlier this month, Singhal’s tenure was previously extended for one month from August 1.
