Speaking at the conference, Mr. Shiv Shivakumar, Operating Partner at Advent International Private Equity, and the ex-CEO at PepsiCo and Nokia, set the tone with his insights on the digital transformation of HR practices. Shiv talked about digital world in HR and said, “In the digital world, one version of truth enables innovation. So push for that one version. What's the H in HR (beyond human)? Honesty and Heart: honesty in calling out what needs to be called out, and heart in making people feel valued.”

The conference saw participation from PSEs across multiple sectors, including energy, engineering, manufacturing, agriculture, business services, education, and banking. Raj Tanwar, Chief Strategy Officer and Head of HR at Advantage Club, highlighted the importance of employee experience in this technological era. He said, “The future of EX includes providing purpose, psychological safety, hyper-personalization, a happiness index, a reward-based culture, inclusion, and technology.”
